We're now live with Circle K across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
The scope of the project has been for Lumina to strengthen network performance and deliver actionable operational insights — enabling a more data-driven way of running the network. Improving performance was no small task: Circle K already operates with strong KPIs. Through automation, intelligent data processing and a comprehensive agentic infrastructure, we've seen a clear positive trend in network uptime.
Collaboration that moves the product forward
So far we've greatly valued the open and collaborative dialogue with Circle K. Their feedback has given rise to new directions and ideas, and that input has helped strengthen our core offerings and guide development of new features.
As we move forward, we're continuously introducing new models and alerts to enhance monitoring and improve proactive capabilities.
