A short end-of-year update, from a year that has been anything but short.
Over the past year we've:
-
Launched, moved from alpha to beta, and released our full product.
Charger Health went from early builds to a full release, with our agentic infrastructure and monitoring capabilities now in the hands of operators. The journey from alpha to beta to general availability was intense, and we're proud of where the product stands today.
-
Received Innofounder.
We were accepted into Innovation Fund Denmark's Innofounder program, giving us access to funding, mentorship and a cohort of ambitious deep-tech startups. It has been a defining step for Lumina and we're grateful for the support.
-
Partnered with Spirii.
Our partnership with Spirii has brought Charger Health to a broad European group of CPOs. Together we're helping operators run cost-efficient and reliable networks, and the collaboration has shaped both our product and our go-to-market.
-
Given three talks on EV charging infrastructure.
We took the stage at events including icnc25 and Digital Tech Summit to talk about EV charging reliability, the role of data and AI in operations, and how we fit into the green transition. Good conversations and new connections came out of each.
-
Gone live with Circle K in Benelux.
We're now live with Circle K across the Benelux region. The focus has been on strengthening network performance and delivering actionable insights. Through automation and our agentic infrastructure we've seen a clear positive trend in uptime, and the dialogue with their team has pushed our product forward.
-
Won a couple of exciting tenders toward year-end, to be revealed in 2026.
We closed the year with new contracts in the pipeline. We're not sharing details yet, but we're looking forward to announcing them in the new year and to getting to work with new partners.
We're heading into the coming year with a lot to build on, and it's difficult not to look forward — seeing how this year has come together.
Thanks to our partners, clients and friends of the house.
